Agreeing schedules, retention and backup locations. Recovery tests matter; having a backup file alone is not enough.

Service, domain and certificate configuration. Environment updates, logs, resources and coordination with the infrastructure provider.
05Monitoring and diagnosis
Agreed operational checks, alerts and root cause analysis. Monitoring and request handling are defined separately.
06Migrations and organisation
A migration plan, backups, testing and a controlled switch. We document configuration and the client’s access.
