PRIVACY

Privacy and contact.

Information about data submitted through the Syntimo contact form.

Who is responsible for your data?

The controller of the data submitted through the form is Krzysztof Klamka — the creator of Syntimo, working under the namir.design brand. For privacy matters and your rights, contact us through the contact form; choose “Privacy and personal data”.

What do we collect and why?

We use your name or company name, email address, topic and message to handle your enquiry and respond. Providing data is voluntary; without an email address we cannot reply. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

If you ask about a service or collaboration, processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other correspondence is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in handling messages and communicating with interested people (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where does your message go?

The form saves your enquiry in the protected Syntimo CMS panel. It currently sends no email copy. Access is limited to the administrator and, as necessary to maintain the site, hosting and technical service providers. Form content is not sent to advertising tools or generative AI services.

How long do we keep your data?

For as long as needed to handle the matter and related correspondence. For collaboration enquiries, data may also be retained for periods required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We delete enquiries that are no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Data portability applies in the circumstances set out in the GDPR. Use the contact form above to exercise your rights.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your Syntimo account and connected plugins

At your request, we send a one-use access link to your email address. It expires after 15 minutes. After confirming the address, your account lets you manage assigned licences and activations.

When you approve a connection, WordPress sends the website address and name, installation identifier, product, and plugin, WordPress and PHP versions. We also store activation status and the last contact time. This connection does not send website content, files or your WordPress administrator password. You can revoke an activation in the account panel or plugin.

We retain data needed to provide the account, licences and connection security. Access links and codes have limited lifetimes; licence data and activation history remain part of providing the service. To request account or data deletion, use the contact form and select the privacy topic. Details about the controller and your rights appear above.

Sessions and site security

The site uses essential session and form protection mechanisms. Hosting infrastructure and CMS statistics may log visits, including IP addresses, time and requested URLs. This supports operation, security and usage analysis. This part of the site adds no external advertising or analytics tools.
