Syntimo CMS is deployed on individually agreed terms. WordPress plugin code follows GPL; libraries have their own licences.
SigilFont 2 and VeeFont have a separate licence. Commercial use requires the appropriate permission.
Support, hosting and official updates have a separate scope. A code licence does not authorise impersonating Syntimo.
SigilFont 2 and VeeFont — the original icon library licence, version 1.1.
The licence distinguishes non-commercial use with credit to namir.design from commercial use requiring a paid licence. The full document below defines permitted digital and print uses.
Buying a licence does not transfer copyright in the icons. Selling or sharing the set as a separate library requires the creator’s written permission. Modifications and delivery of materials to a client are subject to that licence.
These terms cover the specified original libraries. Third-party sets retain their own licences, including when used in Syntimo products.
The full icon licence is available below and as a download in Polish and English.
Creator: namir.design. This license covers SigilFont 2 and VeeFont distributed through Syntimo Icons. Other sets are covered only when explicitly marked with this license.
PowerTools, HUB and Canvas: GPL v2 or later for covered code.
GPL permits running, studying, modifying and redistributing covered code, including for payment, subject to its terms. Distribution requires retaining applicable copyright and licence notices and providing source code to the extent required by GPL.
When developing your own version, you must not claim authorship of someone else’s code or remove required notices. A permitted fork need not retain the trade name or display the Syntimo logo. A modified product must not be presented as our official release.
Paid support, server services and the official update channel are separate services. Their expiry does not by itself remove GPL rights in a received copy. We add no restriction on copying or redistribution of GPL-covered code.
The Syntimo Accessibility model covers the WordPress plugin under GPL v2 or later and the shared panel code under MIT. Package documents identify the covered files and dependency licences.

A commercial deployment product for selected clients, with a scope agreed for each project.
We offer Syntimo CMS through individual deployments. Before starting, we agree needs, features, maintenance and access terms. The product presentation on this website is not an offer of a publicly downloadable installation package.
The licence for original CMS components defines permitted installations, users, modifications and project use. It does not transfer copyright to the client. Without appropriate permission it does not authorise offering covered code as your own CMS, further licensing or distribution outside the agreed scope.
Individual terms apply only to components in which we hold the necessary rights. They do not replace the licences of Laravel, Filament, Livewire or other dependencies. MIT, BSD, LGPL and other licences retain their respective scope and permissions.
Support, updates, hosting and maintenance are agreed separately in an order. Independent products such as Syntimo Accessibility for CMS have their own licence documents; the Accessibility model uses MIT for the shared panel code and the Syntimo CMS version.
Syntimo terms do not replace the licences of libraries, fonts or other authors.
Laravel, Filament and Livewire use MIT. We also use Tailwind CSS under MIT. Canvas includes Outfit and Geist Mono fonts under SIL OFL 1.1. These components retain their separate documents and required author notices.
Dompdf packages include LGPL components: dompdf/dompdf under LGPL 2.1, dompdf/php-font-lib under LGPL 2.1 or later, and dompdf/php-svg-lib under LGPL 3.0 or later. Distribution must preserve applicable notices, provide required sources and changes, and respect modification and linking permissions under the relevant LGPL version.
Some Nette packages offer BSD or GPL alternatives. The inventory records a documented BSD-3-Clause selection for nette/php-generator, nette/schema and nette/utils. Other packages retain the declarations listed in the inventory.
The inventory and notice archive help identify the terms of a particular release. This overview does not replace obligations when distributing software. Licence permissions and mandatory statutory rights remain intact.

This list covers PHP dependencies of the identified release. Fonts, artwork and build tools have separate documents. Use the relevant inventory when distributing a different release.
Paid cooperation has a defined subject and does not change open-source code permissions.
Hosting, deployment, maintenance, support, API services and the official update channel may be paid services. An order defines duration, scope, limits and any SLA. A code licence alone does not guarantee these services.
A licence for an independent commercial component may restrict its distribution as a standalone product, sublicensing and installation count. This applies only to the identified original component and terms we can validly agree. It does not override dependency licences, statutory exceptions.
Loss of access to a paid service does not authorise deleting a client’s website or data, or automatically revoking independent licences. Liability, termination and settlement are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Permission to use code does not mean permission to claim someone else’s authorship.
Keep required author, copyright and licence notices. Syntimo, namir.design, product names and logos identify origin. A code licence grants no general permission to use these identifiers to imply our authorship, endorsement or authorisation of someone else’s version.
Lawful references to origin and compatibility are permitted. Clearly distinguish modified versions from official releases. We add no requirement to MIT or GPL to display a Syntimo logo or link in the interface.
Documents accompanying a particular version apply to the components they cover. Dependency licences retain priority for their components; this page and a service agreement do not remove their permissions.
Tell us which product you need, the number of installations and whether you are working for a client. We will define a scope that respects code and third-party rights.
